Harina Lo
I am currently based in Toronto, Canada. I hold three master's degrees - a Master of Social Science in Psychology of Education, a Master of Counselling, and a Master of Buddhism. This diverse educational background has equipped me with a deep understanding of the human mind and spirit.
I was an educator that worked with special needs students, especially people with autism for 10 years. The reason for me to step a foot on the path of alternative medicine and the cultivation on spirituality was that I saw so many people suffered from unhappiness and depression which led to many physical problems that with no medication could help, including myself. I started to search a way that could help myself. Fate let me met singing bowls. The practice of using singing bowls started to change me, I started to love and accept myself of who I am and to live my everyday life with gratitude. Since then, I devoted myself into alternative medicine and helped people that suffer similar problems like me.
Since 2016, I have worked as a sound therapist, specialising in sound healing techniques using singing bowls. Through this practice, I have helped countless individuals find relaxation, peace, and healing. In 2024, I am certified as a Spinal Flow Practitioner. My passion lies in using the power of sound, frequency and vibration to reinforce the happiness and wellbeing of the people I work with.
With my extensive training in psychology, counselling and buddhism, combined with my hands-on experience as a sound therapist and a spinal flow practitioner, I am uniquely positioned to support others in their journey towards greater self-awareness, inner harmony, and overall life fulfilment. It is my goal to continue leveraging my multifaceted expertise to empower individuals to cultivate a strong, resilient, and joyful mindset.
